For someone living with dementia, familiar faces mean everything. That’s why our staff retention is something we’re deeply proud of. Our carers don’t come and go – our turnover in 2025 was less than 1%.
No agency staff, no constant change, just a consistent, trusted team who know every resident inside out: their routines, their quirks, their favourite meals, and the stories that make them who they are. That stability brings calm. It builds confidence. It allows residents to relax and truly belong.
We do things differently because we believe care should feel human. We invest in our people, reward them fairly, and create a culture where they feel valued and supported – because exceptional carers create exceptional care.

Not like your stereotypical care home. Lovely atmosphere, specially designed for people with Alzheimer’s/dementia – they even have an ‘old style’ cinema room where they can watch movies as if it were ‘back in the day’.

When mum went to live at Aria I was so worried that they wouldnt care for her the way I had but they did that and so much more! She became part of Aria’s family and Aria became a part of ours. If your lookin for somewhere for your loved one you wont find better than Aria.

Aria care home was most supportive in these circumstances providing me with lots of information and support. Mum is now very happy and settled in the home and wants for nothing. She refers to it as a hotel as her room is lovely, staff brilliant and very friendly and the food is marvelous
